Will you be my Valentine?

J'ai passé la meilleure St Valentin de ma vie ce weekend! Et je ne l'ai pas passé n'importe où, ni avec n'importe qui! Je l'ai passé à Paris avec mon Benoît-Lancelot. Mon preux chevalier avait tout prévu pour ces jours inoubliables!

Last weekend I spent the best valentine's day ever! I celebrated at Paris with my Benoît-Lancelot. My beloved knight planned everything for those days to be memorable!

Tout a commencé vendredi après-midi. BL m'a amené au Pont des Arts. Ce fameux pont est connu d'un peu partout dans le monde pour le côté romantique qu'il y apporte. Pour ceux qui ne le connaissent pas, le principe est que les amoureux qui se promènent le long du pont accrochent un cadenas sur le parapet et jettent la clé du cadenas dans la Seine, se promettant un amour sans fin.

It started on friday afternoon. BL brought me to the Pont des Arts This bridge is well known in the world because of its romantic traditions. For those who don't know it, the tradition would be that the lovers who cross this bridge bring a padlock, lock it on the sideof the bridge, and throw the key down to the river, committing the lovers to each other.

Ensuite, mon amoureux et moi sommes allés dans un Carrousel et avons dégusté une barbe-à-papa. Cette journée était si romantique! Benoît-Lancelot avait gagné quelques jours auparavant deux places pour une pièce de théâtre. Donc le vendredi soir, nous avons assisté à la pièce Parce que c'était lui.. C'était... Une activité dont on n'avait pas l'habitude! Haha!

Then, my lover brought me to a merry-go-round and we had a cotton-candy. It was so romantic! Few days ago, Benoît-Lancelot got 2 tickets to the theatre. So, last friday night, we went to see "Parce que c'était lui.." It was.. interesting! Haha!

Samedi, nous sommes partis pour une activité JA spéciale St Valentin. C'était vraiment cool, mais on n'y est pas resté jusqu'à la fin (donc pas de bal) car mon Benoît-Lancelot avait réservé une soirée spéciale pour mon anniversaire (de la semaine dernière) mélangée avec la St Valentin. On a donc pris le métro et on a marché jusqu'à ce qu'on se retrouve au Mogador, devant la grande affiche de la comédie musicale de La Belle et la Bête. Mon Benoît me connaît si bien! J'ai été émerveillée toute la soirée. Des musiques bien connues chantées en direct, une histoire enchantée, un décor magnifique.. Sur le retour j'avais des étoiles plein la tête! On saturday, we went to a YSA activity (the theme was Valentine's day). It was pretty cool but we didn't stay until the end because Benoît-Lancelot had planned a special night for my birthday (which was last week) mixed up with valentine's day. So we took the metro and walked until standing on the Mogador, in front of a big "Beauty and the Beast" musical poster. My Benoît knows me so well! It was such a wonderful night. Well known songs sung by real singers, an enchanted story, wonderful decorations.. On the way back my head was full of stars! Here's the musical trailer:

En bref, vous l'avez compris, j'ai passé un weekend inoubliable! C'était de loin la meilleure St Valentin de ma vie!

Anyways, you guessed it, we just had a memorable weekend! It was the best valentine's couple days of my life!
